I would like to know how I can allow multiple users to
share the exact same printers and settings when they log on. |

If they don't have access to the printer when they log on now, temporarily
change them from limited account to administrator account, install the printer under their user ID and then return the account to limited status. If the problem occurs when switching users, many applications and devices are not compatible with fast user switching, you need to check the printer web site to determine if it is compatible with this feature. -- Michael Solomon MS-MVP Windows Shell/User Backup is a PC User's Best Friend DTS-L.Org: http://www.dts-l.org/ "Virginia Fischer" <Virginia.Fischer@coair.com> wrote in message news:068601c377a9$4e0dc710$a001280a@phx.gbl... > I would like to know how I can allow multiple users to > share the exact same printers and settings when they log > on. |
