builtin eating up my hard drive

can anyone tell how to get builtin/adminstrator to stop eating up my hard
drive i installed vista home premium 64 bit three weeks ago and the above
file has already grown to 52.2 GB it wont let me delete, in fact in the space
of this question it has know went into 53GB
