I am hoping someone can help me? Please...
I use web mail for work. I have recently brought a new PC that has Vista Home Premium installed. In XP everything was fine... I log onto web mail (secure login via work) and hey presto everything is displayed correctly then I press reply or reply or reply to all and what I get is the headings correct including the other person's email address then the body of the text message is a blue background with; A WHITE BOX WITH A RED DIAGONAL CROSS THROUGH IT I have now been trying to sort this out for almost 2 days. My kids have Windows XP and it is BRILLIANT on their computers - so why can't I use webmail with VISTA? I have even taken the step of removing all my Anti Virus software but still this is happening... PLEASE HELP ME! I AM CRACKING UP!!! Will sooooo love you forever! Jo x |

Hi,
If you're using Outlook Web Access, the administrator of the Exchange Server has to apply updates to the server. Send this link to the IT admin/manager http://support.microsoft.com/kb/911829 Hope this helps, Don [MS MVP- IE] "Going Crazy in Essex UK" <GoingCrazyinEssexUK@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:E0F7EE90-B403-4181-BE5A-45A1C7AF2E9B@microsoft.com... > I am hoping someone can help me? when you log on to OWA below your username and password choose the Basic
mode instead of premium. That will solve the problem until your IT department applies the patch.
