Closing Lid Power Options in and AD Environment

I have about 100 laptops that currently go into standby when the lid is
closed.

This is the default action for notebooks.

I need to change this for all users that use these laptops.

Is there a way to deploy a change?
There is a 3rd party utility called EZ GPO that can be found from the Energy
Star website. However, this does not address the "what to do when I close
the lid" question.
