I will be away on business and would like to know how to add an email
responder to incoming emails when I am away on my windows mail? Thank you. Robert |

you create a mail rule to reply with the text file you designate.

Click on Tools-->Message Rules-->Mail

I believe Microsoft has thoughtfully limited you to one reply per email
