Default Auto Responder


I will be away on business and would like to know how to add an email
responder to incoming emails when I am away on my windows mail? Thank you.

you create a mail rule to reply with the text file you designate.

not a very good idea as it is really easy to et in a loop of reply to reply to reply.

best to ask your isp if there is some easy way to hold, forward your mail.

Click on Tools-->Message Rules-->Mail
Set your account to auto reply in there

Please note that by doing so you may well
be advertising to spammers that your premises
are ripe for burglary.

I believe Microsoft has thoughtfully limited you to one reply per email
address per session.

for the terms of use policy: How about giving us the option?
