Default website does not align centrally

hi guys,
my website which is designed in frontpage 2003 using layout
tables is not getting aligned centrally in all the computers. i have
positioned my table centrally and it looks fine on my computer which has got
the highest resolution but on those monitors which have 1024x768 resolution,
the site is not aligned centrally. why is that?
site address: www.sissal.govt.nz
regards
mita

Default Re: website does not align centrally

What is not aligned
You are using 100% width table for your outer table so it will stretch to fill the screen
