Problem Reports and Solutions

This is a neat little program, but how do you access the "Additional
Information". They give you a Bucket ID number, but where do you go from
there?

That information is really only useful to Microsoft. Sometimes the
information in the event log is more helpful (and often not). If it's a
crash you can often use the downloadable windbg tool from Microsoft to get a
handle on the offending driver causing the crash.
