Have used Rules Wizard to direct emails sent to and from my work address into
a separate inbox and sent folder from what's used for my personal account. Am wondering if there is a way to write the rule wizard for the send-action such that only one copy of the sent email is left in the work Sent Folder instead of the sent email being left in both the personal Sent Folder and in the work Sent Folder? I am using the personal account as my default. Thanks. |

This mat necessitate another, catch-all rule that comes last that moves copies of any message not moved by previous rules to the Sent Items folder. -- Brian Tillman |
