This is a warning to all: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH INKCESSORIES.COM!!
I had the considerable misfortune of asking for information from them a year ago. Since then, even though I never ordered anything, I've been receiving their spam and none of my requests to be taken of their mailing list have been honoured. Die you spammers! Then die some more. Preferrably a horrible, painful death. jaybee |

Absolutely. Besides the relabelers as a group are not what I consider
to be professional. They fail to properly label their merchandise and on their website to not predominately and honestly disclose all of the information about the product including what brand it is. I just set up a filter to route his posts to my white list. |

I purchased a Canon factory sealed new printhead from them last year. Courteous, helpful phone response, fast delivery, and a factory new item much cheaper than Canon sold it for. Suggestion: set your email program to reject their emails if you don't want to receive them. I would definitely buy another printhead from them if I needed one. |

I get 3 or 4 emails per year - PER YEAR! - offering, usually 5% off my next order on anything they carry. I've ordered 2 print heads for older printers and received them in amazing time. Their price was also the BEST on the Internet, as seems to be their deep inventory of many kinds of print heads. Nothing but great things to say about long time pro. Keep up the great work! Sorry, I don't buy their inks, I have my own preferred brand. Josh |

"Baby, I'm amazed!", as Paul McCartney once crooned, most accurately describes inkcessories service. Back in Feb. 2005 I ordered a printhead for my i860 and received it just 9 days later - and I live in Canada! That printhead is still going strong. So what if I get the odd email from inkcessories once in a while. At least it's from a legit, honest company. Just minutes ago I went online and cleared 20+ junk mails offering me "natural" drugs (no, not those kind!), "sex beyond my wildest dreams", a dozen "Get rich!" schemes, fake eBay/PayPal emails trying to get my personal information, and just useless spam, period. -Taliesyn > Their price was also the BEST on the Internet, as > seems to be their deep inventory of many kinds of print heads. So what if I get the odd email > from inkcessories once in a while. At least it's from a legit, honest > company. That is not an accurate statement. You see that one or even many experiences with anything does not constitute a universal sample that can be applied to anything. The only certainty is that you had to purchase a printhead to replace your generically clogg factory head and you did not have any problem with that particular transaction and that you also acknowledge that you receive emails that you may not want. > Just minutes ago I went online and cleared 20+ junk mails > offering me "natural" drugs (no, not those kind!), "sex beyond my > wildest dreams", :-* > a dozen "Get rich!" schemes, fake eBay/PayPal emails > trying to get my personal information, and just useless spam, period. > > -Taliesyn > > > >> Their price was also the BEST on the Internet, as >> seems to be their deep inventory of many kinds of print heads. I come to this without any knowledge of the business being discussed nor
knowing anything of jaybee. But I take his posting at face value and have no reason to question his veracity. I do know Burt, and respect his comments. Any company that places a person on their spam list without asking permission, and then further disrespects the person by not responding to either information requests or requests to remove them from the mailing list may be "courteous" to their clients, and maybe even inexpensive, but they still have a major flaw that perhaps they need to have a head shake about. Burt, as a client who is pleased with his transaction, perhaps can have some traction to help this business to understand that they are losing clients by their advertising policy. The purpose of advertising is many-fold, but I know of no company that finds it is advantageous to have it create poor word of mouth nor to alienate potential clients. That's a poor use of the resource. If I thought a company was doing a bang-up job, and a seemingly legitimate complaint ended up on the internet, I'd forward the issue to them and ask them for a reply. Art Burt wrote: > "Jacques E.
