Default Sync address book with a phone.

So I had great hopes for the Sync Center applet in the Control Panel. I
paired my Samsung SGH-T509 cell phone with the PC via Bluetooth. I
thought I'd be able to set it up in the Sync Center to sync it up with
Outlook 2007, but no dice. I can't seem to find any way of doing it.
Very disappointing that something that worked on the Mac 3 years ago
right out of the box, still does not work in Vista.

Regards

It does not support my phone and it does not do anything via bluetooth.
