Default Star Trek: Armada II

Has anyone tried this game? I know its a few months old, but I can't help but wonder if its worth getting

if you like this sort of game and have played the first one then yes - if you have never played the first one then I would say stay clear of it. I was very disappointed with it all round.

It was graphically unpleasing and found it boring as f@#k.

But that is just my opinion.

I played the first one, and I thought it was *ok* - a little stale, but I still enjoyed it. I think I'll download the demo and give it a shot first

I got this off a friend to try as I like command and conquer style games.

I found that on the harder difficulty levels it was too easy to just stalemate the enemy forever and no one wins..... easy is easy though!

It's a reasonable game but I will say one thing: I think it is a little too complicated to be as much fun as red alert was. Do we all remember when all we had to worry about was cash power and the enemy? Ah those were the days!!

Hi,

I found Armada II was too similar to the first one, I played the dmeo first and completed it too quickly then bought the game but I got bored very quickly as I'd basically played the same game. There aren't very many changes except being able to see in 3D.

does anybody know how to play on line?!i try and i get the same response every time."the host is using a difrent version of the game"
i tryed to find out wich but i got nothing please help!!!
