Default Sync with Vista between vista and xp computer


I have vista on one computer and xp on another - I purchased a Belkin USB
cable to connect the 2 computers. When I launch the Sync center sofware on
the vista computer it does not show up as a sync partner. Any ideas on this
would be greatly appreciated.
