Default Which companies sell code signing certificate for Windows Vista?


It seems that it is kind of hard to find which companies sell Code Signing
certificate for Windows Vista besides verisign. I only an outdated link
http://msdn2.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ms995347.aspx. I have called comodo
and not selling it.
