Default Dual Booting Windows XP SP2 and Windows PE 2.0

This question is not misplaced. Windows PE 2.0 uses Vista Kernel and
Bootmanager (BCD & Bootmgr).

I am trying to setup a dual boot system with Win XP and Windows PE 2.0 on
the same partition. Windows PE will be an ISO or WIM image running from
RAMDISK.
I already followed the WAIK documentation and made an ISO for a WinPE that
boots into RAMDISK.
I booted with that CD and managed to install the Vista boot manager on the
C: drive using BCDEDIT command and copies of \BOOT folder, and the files: BCD
and BOOTMGR from the WINPE CD and mounted image.

Using BCDEDIT, I followed the instruction on how to setup a RAMDISKOPTIONS
to boot into a WIM. The documentation is at:
http://technet2.microsoft.com/Windo...3.mspx?mfr=true (it is near the end of the document).

I also used the same article to add back the {legacy} boot option (for Win
XP ntldr) to the BCD.

When the machine boots and attempts to boot using the Vista system files it
gives an error of 0x0000034 BCD is missing.

Can someone help me please on how to setup WinPE 2.0 and XP to co-exist on
the same partition?

Regards,
F. Abras
