I get the error code 0x8004FC12
I did a system restore recently if that has anything to do with it. I have 24 days to activate and the product ID is not the one on my case. |

Did you install any anti-virus before activating. I read on some forums that

No, I don't have any anti-virus software whatsoever.

I guess the server was down or something because it just worked.
Too bad this probably won't help all the blue screens I get. Can anyone help me out with something else? After I did the system restore, it seems like the stuff that was there wasn't deleted and I have 30GB of space missing that is unaccounted for. Could this be due to blue screen memory dumps also?
