Keyboard characters messed up in Windows Mail only
When I type a question mark this: É is what I get, when I type the at sign,
this: " comes up. I type quote a this: à is what I get. It`s only in the mail program. There are others as well. How might I fix this 'question mark` sigh.............. I went the control panel-keyboard but there arènt any settings. |

Try Control Panel | Regional and Language settings | Keyboards and Languages

Tried that. Still stay's with the characters instead of what it's supposed to
be.
