messages from HP

Wrote to HP support and never received an acknowledgment. Wrote again,
third time I wrote giving my hotmail address. Received a reply within
minutes.
With WinMail reply was blocked somehow. Checked by Junk e-mail, nothing
there. How do I allow HP messages to reply to me? This is getting
frustrating.
Any help would be appreciated.

What makes you think WinMail blocked replies to you?
Perhaps HP didn't bother to reply the first two times.
Are you able to receive *any* emails in WinMail?

Because HP always answers. When I wrote for the third time and gave my
hotmail address, I received an answer in less than an hour. I think I get
other emails in WinMail, but at this point, I don't know. If I didn't get
from HP I might not have gotten from others.

Well, there is no mechanism in WinMail that causes it to lose
some of the incoming messages. You're the first with this
particular symptom.

Send yourself an email to verify that it gets delivered.
