Default Windows Expreience Index Rating (Ram Issue)

What's the Deal?
Processor-------------------4.9
Memory (RAM)-------------2.2
Graphics--------------------4.6
Gaming Graphics-----------4.9
Primary hard disk----------5.8

I have 3gigs of PC 3200 DDR , 2gigs of OCZ High Preformance, 1gig G.Skill
both are set to the same timing, so why is my Subscore so low??? Does anyone
have a clue why?????

I am still trying to figure out the scoring myself. I installed a printer on
a client's brand new system I pulled from a box and it went from 2.8 to 2.3.

Ouch.
