Help and Support not working....

I have 2 user profiles both set up with admin privs, on my account if I click
"Help and Support" I get the help box on my screen but it always says "Topic
Not Found" then below it says something like this Help file is not compatible
with this versions of windows. Using the search function sometimes works but
there is an odd thing up top that says _elbauser_. If I log on on the other
account help and support works fine. I am also having issues with mail on my
profile.. Any suggestions?
