Default Sidebar Not Opening


Hi windows sidebar has stopped opening
I am using Vista Home Basic
Tried changing the Permissions for full control from Trusted Installer to
Administrator
but it didnt help.
Tried all sort of scans but there seems to be no conflict with the Please help
