Default unable to run performance analysis tool

I am unable to rate my laptop's performance under Windows Vista
Business because I am getting this error

Windows was unable to calculate the Windows experience index because
the user cancelled the assessment,

any ideas? (no, I'm not cancelling the assessment). The error occurs
immediately.

Default Re: unable to run performance analysis tool

I get the same error and the same circumstances.
I am sure this only started after downloading and installing
the nVidia 101.41 video drivers.
