Default Unable to Change Shadowstorage Maxsize

Trying to reduce the amount of space used by Shadowstorage.
Running the command prompt as admin and typing the following
as per John Barnett's Windows Vista Support:
ssdmin resize shadowstorage /on=c: /for=c: /maxsize=10gb
I get an error saying 'ssadmin' is not recognized as an internal or
external command.
When I type:
vssadmin list shadowstorage
I get the current state of the shadowstorage
I also printed out the article and typed it to the letter.

Any help will be appreciated
James

In checking back at the web site for this article I found that my
printer failed to print the 'v' at the ssadmin resize.... Strange.

got it now
