unable to uninstall software

I keep getting a message saying that a driver is being blocked due to
compatibility problems and can not get the message to close I have tried to
uninstall the program but when i try this in the control panel the program
will not uninstall. The program in question is Roxio easy cd I have tried
looking at their web site for a solution but have not been successful. I
would be forever greatful if someone could help as this message on the screen
constantly is driving me insane

Try to rightclik on the uninstaller and chose " Run as Administratore"

Hi Crusier or anyone

I have had exactly the same problem with Roxio since I upgraded to Vista.
Did you get a solution in the end because this Compatibily message is driving
me nuts!
