Default Backup System Crash

Hi,

I just bought a my book 500 GB external hard drive and have tried to perform
a backup to it twice with no luck. I reformatted the HD to a NTFS file
system and there are no files on the disk. Both times my computer froze but
was able to boot right back into windows. I was using Media Center the second
time and that also froze right up. Not sure what to do...

First, are you using Premium or Ultimate? This will help me narrow down
which Backup app you are using (Complete PC versus File Backup).

We have verified one cases where an nVidia video driver causes a bluescreen
during backup. Are you by chance using an nVidia card in your computer?
