lexmark x6100 at windows update

I ran windows update and it showed a update for lexmark x6100 series.
It says Lexmark image - Lexmark x6100 Series.

The link says no info available yet.

Why would they issue a image fix for the x6100 if you can not install a
diver to communicate with the printer.

Seems to be testing and applying updates some one has a driver for these
printers to work with vista.
