Default All Users under Documents and Settings

My All Users, Application Data folder seems to get caught in an endless loop
when I click on it. I clicked down 17 times and then my CPU and RAM both ran
at 100 %. Is anyone else having this problem?

Nevermind. I just deleted the entire Application Data folder and replaced it
with the Administrator copy.

surely you made bug report about it? seems quite severe issue.

so far as I remember the Doc & Settings folder is a legacy folder no longer used.
the data is now under USERS a little further down the tree.
