I am and always have been the only user on this computer. I have Vista
Premium home edition. I am trying to install my digital camera software and it tells me this: This software cannot be installed using the run as...command. The installatin cannot continue until this is resolved. Required action: Click cancel to to exit this software installation. Log off and then log on as a user with administrator priviledges. If there is no system admistrator, have the primary user of this computer install the software. Restart the installation by removing and reinserting this installation cd. My question is how can I install this software. I am the Administrator and it won't let me install it. I tried logging off, then logging back on, reinserting the disk and still can't get it to run. What else can I do? Thank you for any help! |

maybe this software need the build-in administrator account.
you can try this, 1. launch the command shell by "run as administrator" 2. type"net user administrator /active:yes", press enter 3. type "net user administrator 123", press enter. then log off, and select the administrator account, and log into it with the password "123" then ,you can try to install this software. -- Thanks youyang |
