I got Ultimate Upgrade which I used to buy 2 additional license keys for Home
Premium Upgrade, unfortunately I couldnt upgrade my laptop because I found out it needs a retail installation, thus the keys didnt work for that. they keys have never been registered and I want to refund them. so far I have been directed to many departments but couldnt get to the right people. Any help is appreciated. |

Your Ultimate Upgrade is retail.

Apparently the new BIOS isnt useful enough to show correct info on the
Upgrade Advisor, whenever I try to upgrade, i get 0x0000006F error with titale Session3 initialization failed. The article references Windows 2000, but I would suspect that the same would apply to Vista. What make and model of laptop are you trying to upgrade? -- Jane, not plain 64 bit enabled :-)Batteries not included.
