Have you checked with the manufacturer of the software to see if they have a
Vista-compatible version available? You could try running the software installer with Administrative privileges - right-click on the installer executable and select 'Run as Administrator'. Does the software install correctly then? If it installs ok, but gives 'Access is Denied' messages when running the program, then try running as Administrator - right-click on the program shortcut, select 'Run as Administrator'. If it still doesn't work, then you will have to wait for the manufacturer to produce a Vista-compatible version. -- Jane, not plain 64 bit enabled :-)Batteries not included. try installing it from safe mode as administarator..
check if your able to install other software with no errors. and also check if its compatiable with vista by contacting ur hardware vendor.. because unless the hardware vendor come up with a suiteable driver compatiable with vista it might not work.
