Default Change the user account shown at the Vista Welcome Screen

I've used the DefaultUserName string value in Windows XP to change the
logon experience, although granted this was a domain logon, without
the Welcome screen.

For anyone familiar with the guts of this process, is it possible for
an administrator to manipulate this on a Vista workstation?

AFAIK no. Vista didn't provide a way to bypass the Welcome screen and use
the W2K login dialog.
