I keep trying to delete the windows.old files as it is taking up tons of
space. I can't get it to delete. It keeps telling me I don't have sufficient privledges, but I am the administrator. |

I am getting the same error. Because of multiple installs I have a windows.old and a windows02.old (name?). I was able to delete the second directory, but am getting the insufficient privledges when trying to delete windows.old. -SS "DefiningDavid" wrote: > I keep trying to delete the windows.old files as it is taking up tons of > space. Try taking ownershipt of the windows.old folder first and check what
permissions are set on the folder "SirSwade" wrote: > > I am getting the same error. Because of multiple installs I have a > windows.old and a windows02.old (name?). I simply logged in safe mode, and went straight to windows.old and sent it to
the trash. afterwards, it was taking too long, so i went to the disk clean up option and emptied the trash can. |
