Default IIS Manager not starting up

Hi,

For some reason my IIS Manager is not loading when I double click on it. The
IIS feature is enabled, and when I click on it I get the security warning
that Windows wants to open the IIS manager; on clicking "Continue" the
manager doesn't open. Any advise?

Thanks.

Sounds like UAC. Try disabling it try running the IIS Manager again. Click
Start > All Programs > Run > type in MSCONFIG > Tools (tab) > scroll down
select Disable UAC > click Launch, restart your system for the changes to
take effect.
