Default Unable to Initialize Graphics device for Rise of Legends on Vista

I am using a Inspiron E1705 and it has a X1400 ATI video card in it, my other
computers which run Vista run the game fine so I know its a driver issue.
Has anyone gotten around this?

It appears to be related to the X1400 mobility ATI drivers

Have you checked the manufacturers website or contacted them regarding
drivers for your device, or whether they'll support Vista in the near
future? You can report this to Microsoft via here:

I would say it is definitely a driver issue since I have it working fine on
Vista under the nVidia Geforce4 ti 4200.

Good luck.
