We have officially announced Windows Live Mail Desktop, which is an email
client based on Windows Vista's Windows Mail that will be part of Windows
Live. When it becomes available, users can download it for Windows XP or

It's official, we have announced that we are working on Windows Live Mail
Desktop and a beta release will happen in a few months.

Windows Live Mail Desktop is an email client that can be downloaded onto
Windows XP or Windows Vista. It will be a rough super-set of Windows Mail
in Windows Vista.
