My understanding is you have to publish it to a website that supports the
..ics format. -- Andre Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta "brian" <brian@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:A677A83A-CABB-4F3D-BB5C-8DF3B164B17E@microsoft.com... >I like the ability to share calendars with memebers of my family and am >glad > to see this feature in vista. > > iss it b\possible to share calendars between multiple vista computers? id > like any family member to be able to log on to any vista computer and see > thier own calender.. will this be possible? > > thanks |

even if they computers are on the same network? is there a way to access a
calender without installing a server (way too expensive for home)? You could try sharing the the .ics file, click Share > Publish > put it in
your Public folder on your hard disk. Others on your network should be be able to access it from there. -- Andre Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta "brian" <brian@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:37FDD987-7FA0-4351-BF39-95FA86542DB2@microsoft.com... > even if they computers are on the same network? is there a way to access > a > calender without installing a server (way too expensive for home)? > > > > "Andre Da Costa [Extended64]" wrote: > >> My understanding is you have to publish it to a website that supports the >> ..ics format. >> -- >> Andre >> Extended64 | http://www.extended64.com >> Blog | http://www.extended64.com/blogs/andre >> http://spaces.msn.com/members/adacosta >> "brian" <brian@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message >> news:A677A83A-CABB-4F3D-BB5C-8DF3B164B17E@microsoft.com... >> >I like the ability to share calendars with memebers of my family and am >> >glad >> > to see this feature in vista. >> > >> > iss it b\possible to share calendars between multiple vista computers? >> > id >> > like any family member to be able to log on to any vista computer and >> > see >> > thier own calender.. will this be possible? >> > >> > thanks >> >> >> |
