Default Random System Lockups when Uploading - Extremely baffling bug

Games, P2P, attachments etc. from IE, even Windows Mail - they all cause the
system to freeze utterly, sometimes within a second, sometimes after an
hour.

Nothing seems to help or result in predictable behavior.

using a PPPoE connection with a DSL modem in bridged mode, Realtek RTL810x
LAN adapter

Build 5365 but it happened in 5342 too

HTTP and IRC work perfectly

Try the latest build available to technical testers (5381) to see if this
has been fixed.
