I tried copying and pasting it from Longhorn Server to XP but I've screwed
up my current Remote Desktop on my XP machine ;o) Fixed it by copying the files from another XP machine mind - but if you change some of the settings on the mstsc.exe file on your server, you should be able to connect with older clients. Unfortunately that's against the terms and conditions for us Connect users -
we're not allowed to distribute parts of Vista, or the downloads itself. I asked a friend on the team, she said "definate no no". If you try and repair the installation, or ask a Connect friend, I'm sure they'll help out. -- Zack Whittaker Microsoft Beta (Windows Server R2 Beta Mentor) » ZackNET Enterprises: www.zacknet.co.uk » MSBlog on ResDev: http://msblog.resdev.net » ZackNET Forum: www.zacknet.co.uk/forum » VistaBase: www.zacknet.co.uk/vistabase » This mailing is provided "as is" with no warranties, and confers no rights.
