Default Readyboost Crashes my system

I have a 4GB SanDisk USB flash drive. When I plug it into my system, and
designate it to be used for Readyboost, everything goes crazy. My mouse
pointer starts moving erratically here and there and jumping across the
screen. Then, I get the blue screen with a message saying something about a
memory dump. Then my maching restarts.

Anybody else run into any problems like this? Thanks for the help!

What is the vendor and the model of your drive? Can you please post it here?
