I have Microsoft Vista Beta 2 Build 5308.

often freezes.
I have an AMD Sempronwith 1.12 GB ram. any segestions on how to improve
peformance levels

Only been playing for a couple days but I find if you install the xp drivers
for your motherboad/chipset she works alot nicer. Also am running the newest
build 5384 on a nf3 dfi lanparty ut board and a gig a corsair..

Installing the xp drivers you just dl them, then go to the file right click
on it and select the check box in compatibility to run as if it were an xp
sp2 install , save then return and start the driver like you normally would
....Was nice seeing my raid 0 again

Installing proper IDE drivers makes a huge difference. And make sure you
HD"s are running in DMA mode and not PIO4 mode, that will make a massssssive
difference to CD-Burning and the like.

Also, check that disk indexing isn't busy working in the background.

Cheers

If you are really looking for performance, you may want to switch to ajust
for the best performance under performance under advanced settings under
system properties
However, this setting turns off aero and all animations...
