Default Sleep Mode - terrible!

Sleep mode seems to cause a lot of trouble on my notebook.

Has anyone else had similar problems?

1) Windows freezes upon resuming
2) Longer to resume from sleep than boot Vista after it was shut down (which
is weird since sleep mode is Instant Off)
3) External hard drive is not recognized -- needs to be turned off, then on
again

The resuming from sleep and hibernation function is still a bit skew-iff at
the moment - it'll be fixed and applied for better performance soon )

Thanks for posting this.

So far this is my only grievance with Vista.

My system is not finding my wireless network after sleep.

Would prefer it just shut itself down instead. Have turned off function
until an update is available.
