Possibly your system is infected with spyware or adware
Try installing antivirus or /and spyware checker to scan your system. Also it would be interesting to learn whether your Control Panel is in classic mode or default Vista mode... -- Regards, Yuriy This posting is provided "AS IS" with no warranties, and confers no rights. I'm having the same problem too. I'm running in the Vista mode for now. I
can get access from Safe Mode, but missing several of the options (ie Add/Remove programs). Have not tried to switch to Classic View yet. Also having some difficulty downloading an Antivirus program. I have the same problem too. I hope it gets fixed soon because I need to
change my settings and the only way is through the control panel. "Rick W" wrote: > I'm having the same problem too. I'm running in the Vista mode for now. Shawn;
Try searching for the setting you want in 'Help' (ie installed programs, or personalize). I have some luck in accessing some utilities that are on the Control Panel this way. Not sure if it will help, but worth a try. "Shawn" wrote: > I have the same problem too.
