At various different times my WD Raptor will lock up for appx 1 minute and
then continue on what I was doing. It is erractic as it will do it at different times i.e. checking email, surfing the net or an application on the computer. This is a new hard drive with Vista Pre installed. Any ideas? |

I have similar problems. Mine freezes for 8-10 seconds though. I seen another
post from a guy w/ a similar issue at a different forum. http://www.tabletquestions.com/wind...10-minutes.html "Harry Krause" wrote: > Dave wrote: > > At various different times my WD Raptor will lock up for appx 1 minute and > > then continue on what I was doing. I disabled them for the moment (In the BIOS) and my system has been stable since then. -- Insert something clever here. |

I'm just curious if any of you have reported your issues to Western Digital?
