Default reinstalling Vista


I have Vista home premium on my computer now, but my HDD is about to die, my
question is how do i transfer Vista to my new HDD on the same computer, or do
i have reinstall Xp than Install Vista. Is there any easy way to transfer
Vista to my new HDD?

Is your new hard drive External or internal?

only thing i know is to just put them on DVD-R or DVD-RW That way you can
make less cd's and cost about the same.

There are numerous programs that make exact copies of your system to
transfer to a new drive. Just make sure after you do it you change the boot
priority to make the new drive first in priority.
Drive Copy is one. Acronis Migrate Easy is another.
