Hi,
1) Disable BIOS antivirus detection schemes. Also uninstall or disable any OS-level antivirus products. 2) You may need to update the machine's BIOS. Be aware that RC1 is a not-ready-for-prime-time release, and as such you should backup any data you do not wish to lose to removable media and be prepared to format the system in order to go back to an older OS. Even if upgrading, there is no option to later uninstall, this is a one-way ride. -- Best of Luck, Rick Rogers, aka "Nutcase" - Microsoft MVP http://mvp.support.microsoft.com/ Windows help - www.rickrogers.org "xsalentattorney@msn.com" <xsalentattorney@msn.com@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:0A1F3FC7-55D2-4B2F-B7E7-E3BE44235009@microsoft.com... >I got the 2 disc Release Candidate 1 Customer Preview Prog. a few days ago >I > have already installed the advisor and it said I was GO to run Vista. > Nonetheless when I put in disk for32 bit (I havve new (July purchase) Sony > VGC-RA840G.
