try closeing all running processes and removing any unnessary hardware

I tried stopping every process and service that did not lead to a blue
screen, or to a system failure, and then Sysprepping, the error still occurs though. As for unnecesary hardware, everything is onboard on the machine, so that should not be an issue. I do have UAC turned off, though I am not sure that should make a difference. I am trying to sysprep a base Enterprise/Ultimate (tried both)install with only WinZip and Acrobat Reader Installed. It works without the /generalize switch. In order to use the Enterprise version and KMS I need to use the /generalize switch right? Because if I don't actually need to use that switch than I won't worry about it.
