SLI in Vista Premium

I managed to get SLI working under Windows XP, however, I have now upgraded
to Windows Vista Home Premium and the second 6800GT card now has the
following message in the device manager properties: This device cannot find
enough free resources that it can use. (Code 12). Can you help please?
