Default media player doesn't like Aero

I've discovered something that i find quite irritating.
When I open Media Player and procede to drag the top or bottom window border
up and down...the controls section (bottom) visually begins to "tear apart"
as I resize the window. I can even see the winxp black controls appear
behind the shiny Aero controls. It looks quite strange.
I thought that it was my nvidia driver causing the problem but I went a
computer store and tried it on 7 different machines (with different graphics
cards) and the same malfunction occured. I even called microsoft tech.
support and had them try it. They saw it too and couldn't give me a good
reason why the Aero Interface breaks down with media player...and even the
photo gallery.
Has anyone else seen this happen?

There is something wrong, I have trouble with my video driver crashing once
in awhile when running programs. Looks like you found a bug.
