Default Error Messages


I install Vista - WOW
I get updates - WOW
I get an error message (WindowsUpdate_800F020B) - WOW
Vista offers to explain the error message with a conveniently place "Get
Help" button - WOW
Vista does not recognise it's own error message and can offer no help - WOW
Vista suggests I use Remote Assistance to ask a friend - WOW

I received the same error message when the system tried to update a Compaq
PDA USB driver. I guess the message means stop using old junk and update the
microsoft way!!

I am new to the pc world and need help badly.I was running a tune up on my
computer an it kept stopping before complete.I then attempted to restore
which was also unsuccessful,aafter which i received an error msg. reading
oXC004E002 The software licensing service reported that the license store
contains inconsistent data. I have no idea what this means or what to do
next.PLEASE HELP ME SOMEBODY!!!
