Default shortcuts and permission

everytime i run this particular program, because it edits video, it keeps
telling me that i cant basically edit video because i am running under
restrictions, i can edit and save if i right click it and run as
administrator, how do i make a shortcut that runs as a admin, do you add
runas i forgotten how to do the rest or do i add myself to the admin group
under the computer management console?

Default Re: shortcuts and permission

If you have a shortcut icon on the desktop for this program, then
right-click the icon, select Properties, Compatibility tab, then tick the
box to always Run as Administrator.
