Default Can I merge the partition if XP/Vista are installed. Dual boot..

hi,

I have 250GHD, made 3 partitions.
Partition 1 has XP
Partition 2 has personal files (no apps installed)
Partition 3 has Vista.
Dual Boot is working fine.
Question..Can I merge the Partition 1 & 2 without loosing any dual boot
config?
- Which OS should I merge in (XP or Vista)?
- How will it effect the other OS?

thx

Maybe not press a button and poof merge, but you could do this by move some
files from partion 2 to 3, shrink 2 some, expand 3 some... and do this is
often as it takes. I don't know how many files you need to transfer or how
large the partitions exactly are.

The process for expanding, shrinking, deleting, or adding partitions:

Right click on computer, select "manage", accept the UAC prompt, open the
tree item "storage" (left pane), click on "disk management", right click on
the partition you want to perform the operation on.
